160-ft, 2-story dock, with a boat house, floating dock, and lots of extra mooring poles. There are 2 large benches on the lower level, shaded by the upper deck most of the day, and plenty of tables and chairs on the upper deck for 16 to 20 people. The average water depth is 9-feet, with tide fluctuations of 3 feet. We are located just north of Intracoastal Waterway Marker #42, and south of the south high-rise bridge in New Smyrna Beach.
