"Just want to tell you and all your staff at the Night Swan, that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Bed and Breakfast. Among the many positive aspects of your B&B facility are the pleasant and respectful proprietor and staff, the warm feel of the main house and grounds, the beautiful and relaxing view of the Indian River and dolphins from the front porch, the soft music in the main entrance area, the cleanliness of our rooms, our daily walk on your pier, and the overall serenity of the location.

We have visited New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years now along the ocean and after staying at your B&B last week, have really come to appreciate the relaxing aspects of being along the river. We definitely have the Night Swan on our vacation “Return To” list. The only thing we could think of for further improvement would be more cookies….the cookies and Frank Sinatra/Barbara Streisand music were a nice welcome when we arrived …"
